No. 67, Peckham
A couple of weeks ago we took a trip over to Peckham to have Sunday brunch at No. 67 Cafe at the South London Gallery. On what seems to have been the last sunny day of the year (what is it with this weather!?) the outside terrace was packed, but inside was nice an quiet, I really liked the artwork symbolising a different element from the periodic table. I had the waffles, fruit and crème fraiche, I don't usually go in for a sweet breakfast, but this was really nice. The waffles were light and airy, the sweetness of the honey and strawberries were balanced with the sour crème fraiche. Jon had the veggie breakfast, always a winner, eggs, halloumi, bubble and squeak, NOM!
